Previous time I've explain a bit about PDCA Concept and the planning to set-up OH&S Management System at workplace. When we talking about management system, of coz lots of documents need to be prepare. What types of document needed?? What are the elements that need to be stated in the document??
For your information, OH&S Management System structure should be as follow :
The advantages of doing so is to make sure that the system can be implement easily. As mention before, the approach used to formulate the OH&S Management System is PDCA cycle. The OH&S MS Model to achieve the OHSAS 18001 Certification should be as below :-
The OH&S Manual and Procedures should contain all this elements if your target is to get the OHSAS 18001 Certification. The clause for each element must be same when stated in the OH&S Manual. The manual actually is the summarization of all the OH&S-MS documentation. It will explain generally about all the documentation of OH&S-MS.
